- Pastitsio: Ziti pasta layered with seasoned ground beef and cheese, topped with bechamel sauce; “Greek lasagna.”
- Moussaka: Baked eggplant, potato, ground beef and cheese, topped with bechamel sauce
- Spanakopita: Spinach and feta cheese filling baked in crispy phyllo dough.

- Loukoumades: Fried dough balls topped with honey syrup, cinnamon, and walnuts.
- Tsoureki: Sweet holiday bread topped with slivered almonds.
- Baklava: The most celebrated of all Greek pastries; spiced walnuts layered in crispy buttered phyllo dough and topped with honey-flavored syrup.
- Finikia: Semi-soft honey-dipped cookies sprinkled with ground walnuts.
- Galaktoboureko: A favorite of Greek families; custard baked in crispy buttered phyllo and laced with syrup.
- Karithopita: Spice nut cake with light syrup.
- Kok: Two soft cookies filled with pastry cream, dipped in light syrup and topped with chocolate glaze.
- Kourambiethes: Butter shortbread cookies topped with powdered sugar.
- Koulourakia: Crisp butter twist cookies.
- Paximathia: Semi-sweet biscotti with walnuts and dried cranberries.
- Baklava ice cream sundae: A unique treat, with your choice of additional toppings.

FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
There will be continuous traditional and popular Greek music and folk dance performances by dance troupes in authentic costumes. All are welcome to join in community dancing. Don’t worry if you don’t know the steps; just join the dance line and follow your inner Zorba. We’ll even give you a free, spontaneous dance lesson! Tours of our landmark Byzantine-style domed church – with completed iconography throughout the sanctuary – will be featured both Saturday and Sunday.

CHURCH TOURS
Tours of our landmark Byzantine-styled domed church will be offered on Saturday and Sunday (see schedule above). A special highlight will be the beautiful new iconography in the church dome and apses. Tours last about 30 minutes, followed by Q & A.
